Imagine Creativity and Worship Conference
Mark your calendars for this weekend of worship, creativity, and family in Pigeon Forge Tennessee! We are so excited for what we believe will be our best and most powerful weekend gathering yet and we have so much expectation for what God is going to do. This is NOT just a weekend for artists or creatives but for EVERY member of The Body of Christ to be set free from destination based culture and become empowered on your journey to find the fullness God has for you.
In a culture obsessed with destinations we have to be reminded that we serve a God who walks with us on the journey and that he is more interested in our process than our perfection. As we surrender to him and give up our performance based mindsets we begin to realize that when we see a disaster He sees a garden and what we call a mess He calls beautiful because unlike us He is not stuck in the weeds but can see the beginning from the end and loves us all along the way.
There is a forerunner spirit that has come from heaven and is resting on individuals and communities to pioneer together in the context of family by plowing and sowing seeds for the next great awakening in our country and in the earth. Revival is not just about good meetings, its about a fire that gets lit in the heart of a believer that spreads to cities and regions unto awakening in a nation. It doesn’t take the masses but rather one or two passionate, burning hearts knowing that just one flaming coal can set the whole lump on fire.
For too long The Church has lost her voice becoming compromised by the mundane and succumbing to the status quo or whatever culture has established as the norm. He is a good Father that gives good gifts. The problem is that for generations fear and conformity has choked and robbed His people from running with these very God ideas so they get passed on to worldly influence, perverted by the enemy and we believe that the time has come for The Church to get her voice back and begin to create again with her Maker.
We owe the world an honest and vulnerable encounter with the beauty of God, the majesty of who He is, and the power of what He has done for us. Every good idea, fresh thought, and new creation is first birthed in the heart of a creative God and let us be reminded that we are His sons and daughters making it our birthright to dwell in that place where all creativity flows getting first access to all things new. Learning the art of the journey can be painful, messy, and troublesome but if we can learn to embrace it with all honesty we will learn to mourn with those who mourn and thus find that we actually have something authentic to offer a broken and hurting world.
This weekend is about The Church becoming a voice not an echo, partnering with God to create and move with Him in such a way that causes a lost world to want to come and see what HE is doing through His Bride. Its a weekend of worship that changes atmospheres over families and cities, awakening that cause The Church to rise again as a voice in a generation, and the creative culture that says we won’t build things that fit inside our boxes but rather things that are conceived inside the heart of God and will only fit inside His Kingdom.
I hope you will join us along with friends Ray Hughes, Sean Feucht, Jake Hamilton, Micheal Miller, several local artists, and more for a weekend to become empowered to pioneer for His Presence in the earth.
Ray Hughes, founder of Selah Ministries, has been in full time ministry for 40 years. He received his Doctorate of Divinity in 1996. He travels in the U.S. and internationally as a speaker, author, storyteller, singer/songwriter and musicologist. In addition to his research and teaching expertise, Ray is recognized internationally as a clear prophetic voice.
Ray is passionate about training musicians, releasing creative people into their destinies, and launching them with purpose into the world and church. He is a prophetic historian who re-digs the wells of biblical, world and recent history for the purpose of releasing the fresh word of God for the kingdom today.
Sean Feucht is a husband, father, missionary, musician, speaker, author and founder of a grassroots global worship, prayer and missions organization; Burn 24/7. His lifelong quest and dream is to witness a generation of burning hearts arise across the nations of the world with renewed faith, vision and sacrificial pursuit after the Presence of God. He travels to 20-30 nations per year planting furnaces of worship and prayer, training, mobilizing, leading worship and speaking.
Sean has produced, recorded and released fifteen music albums, numerous books and teaching resources. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Kate, and is obsessed with their three children: Keturah, Malachi and Ezra. In August 2016 he and his family moved from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Redding, California to be a part of the Bethel Music community.
Jake Hamilton is a passionate worshiper carrying the language and sound of reformation and revival. He has a deep desire to see generational and denominational boundaries blurred through the simple message of love embodied in the man Jesus Christ and lived out in the context of community. As an artist he desires to push the limits of creativity and as a father and a husband he is committed to his family first. But above any of his endorsements and accomplishments he is a lover of Jesus Christ with the ability to lead others into the same encounter that transformed his life over 15 years ago.
Jake has led worship with Jesus Culture for over 3 years, has opened to sold out nights with Jeremy Camp, and a sold out CD Release Show at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, as well as playing at FishFest the summer of 2011 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater which included artists like David Crowder, Third Day, and many more. He has recorded two CDs with Jesus Culture music; the first was entitled Marked by Heaven and made it into the top 10 on iTunes Christian Music charts. With the release of his second album available through Jesus Culture Music entitled Freedom Calling, Jake hoped to further redefine what is currently known as “corporate worship music” and see a sound released on the earth through sons and daughters that know who they are in Christ and are confidant of their calling. The album was released May of 2011 and reached number 8 on the overall charts on iTunes and remained at number 1 on the Christian Music chart for several weeks. His new website jakehamiltonmusic.com furthers his vision by creating new avenue for artists to release their music and share their vision.
