If you are wanting to have a global impact and carry revival out to the nations we invite you to join our annual Mission Intensive Training School, a specialized training focused on practical skills of living cross-culturally combined with the supernatural lifestyle. Those called to live in a foreign culture need the ability to integrate a supernatural lifestyle with the practical skills of living cross-culturally. This is key for success! Living abroad can be challenging and difficult, especially in hostile environments. This school will provide the skills necessary to not only survive, but thrive!

Bill Johnson, with his wife Beni, are the Senior Leaders of Bethel Church in Redding, California. Bill lives his life with the core values that God is good, nothing is impossible, the blood of Jesus paid for everything, and we are significant. He travels extensively throughout the world encouraging believers to bring the kingdom of heaven into their world and sphere of influence. Bill’s also the author of a number of bestselling books including When Heaven Invades Earth and Hosting the Presence.
Kris Vallotton is the Senior Associate Leader of Bethel Church and co-founder of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Kris travels internationally training and equipping people to successfully fulfill their divine purpose. He has a diverse background in business, counseling, consulting, pastoring and teaching, which gives him unique leadership insights and perspectives. Kris has a passion to use his experience and his prophetic gift to assist world leaders in achieving their goals and accomplishing their mission.
Eric and Candace Johnson serve on the Senior Leadership Team at Bethel Church in Redding, California and are the Senior Leaders over the local church, Bethel Redding. Eric is the eldest son of Bill and Beni Johnson. He is a sixth-generation minister and travels internationally speaking and ministering throughout the year. He has authored Momentum: What God Starts, Never Ends and Christ in You: Why God Trusts You More Than You Trust Yourself.
Candace Johnson co-leads with her husband, Eric, in pastoring Bethel Redding. Her primary focus is creating community that unlocks people and launches them into their destiny. She is passionate about living life to the fullest, setting the captives free, adventure, laughing, being tenderized by God’s love, and aiming it at those around her. Captivated by her lovely two daughters and incredible husband, Candace’s family makes her feel like the wealthiest person alive!
Dann Farrelly has been on staff at Bethel Redding since 1992. Dann is Associate Pastor of Bethel Redding and Dean of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Dann’s a graduate of Simpson College, and he holds a master’s degree in divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dann’s uniquely gifted to bring rich insights from the Word of God with wit, humor and great anointing. Often you can find his desk covered in books. Dann is married to Christie and they have three children.
Dawna is founder and co-leader of Bethel SOZO International and Director of the Transformation Center. Dawna’s manual Shifting Atmospheres, a detailed teaching on how to discern the spiritual forces around us and how to have authority over them, has become a sought-after tool worldwide. Dawna is recognized not only as an international leader of thousands of deliverance ministers but as a prophetic voice to the nations.
Dan McCollam serves as international director of Sounds of the Nations, a missions organization releasing the song of the Lord in the sound of the people, currently facilitating God encounters and advancing revival in 51 language groups worldwide. Dan shares an equal passion for the local church by co-leading The Mission in Vacaville, California and training in Bethel School of the Prophets, WorshipU, and Leaders Advances. He has authored over 20 books and produced hundreds of worship recordings. Dan and his wife Regina have 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
Tracy Evans is a physician assistant and the founding director of I Reach Africa, a nonprofit organization committed to reversing the cycles of poverty, disease and death in Mozambique, Africa. Tracy offers a feeding program that provides daily medical care and milk to 600 orphan infants and HIV+/handicapped children. She’s served in Mozambique since 1999.
Mike and Lynne Chandler are Bethel’s pastors and directors of Bethel's long-term missions department. They come with 39 years of pastoral and missionary experience. They launched their missionary career in Malawi, Africa in 1984. They served 13 years as missionaries to Malawi and 13 years in Europe. Their Europe years included pastoring the International Church of Barcelona in Spain, then moving to Zagreb, Croatia where they ministered country wide in that war torn part of former Yugoslavia. Their last assignment before coming to Bethel was providing pastoral care to missionaries around the world with a ministry called Caring Connection. Their passion for Bethel is to help develop a greater long-term missions outreach. They believe long-term presence is a necessary key to bringing transformation to a nation.
Steve and Lorraine Box have served in various forms of church leadership for over 30 years, pastoring and equipping leaders both nationally and internationally. Together, they travel the world. They have a unique synergy that helps individuals and teams discover their identity and potential in a way that leads to breakthrough with sustained growth.
Ben Armstrong is the Prophetic Ministries Director at Bethel Church in Redding, CA where he, along with his wife, Heather Armstrong, equip the Church and Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in becoming world changing revivalists. Through teaching and preaching, he equips people with the skills and tools they need to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth. He has a passion to see individuals fully equipped in living a prophetic lifestyle as well as walking in the revelatory gifts. Ben has a passion for such things such as the pursuit of God’s presence, seeing worship reach new heavenly realms, dreams and interpretation, healing and living a prophetic lifestyle.
Michele Phoenix - TCK Advocate
Born in France to a Canadian father and an American mother, Michele Phoenix is an international writer and speaker with a heart for MKs. She taught for twenty years at Black Forest Academy (Germany) before launching her own ministry advocating for TCKs. She now travels globally to consult and teach on topics related to this unique people group. Michèle loves good conversations, mischievous students, Marvel movies and French pastries. Kirk Schauer is working with Bethel Global Response as the Program and Training Developer on our church training programs and curriculum. He is passionate for the presence of God and seeing people released into who they are created to be. He is the Founder and International Director of Seeds of Hope International Partnerships (SoHIP), a nonprofit organization that works in Africa for over 17 years to reverse the downward spiral of poverty and empowers community members with hope and holistic solutions. They have brought clean water to over 1,000,000 people and shared the gospel in 100’s of communities. SoHIP is currently working with Tracy Evans to Establish a Water, Hygiene and Sanitation program in Mozambique. He also served as Community Outreach and Missions Pastor of Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Santa Maria, California for 13 years. Kirk and his family were missionaries in Asia, facilitating church planting, vocational skills training for rehabilitating heroin addicts in Hong Kong, and providing vocational training and helping to plant a church in Cambodia. Kirk and his wife Denise have three daughters, and we have lived in Redding for seven years. They own and run a bed and breakfast business called Hope Inn Redding.
Chuck Parry’s life is marked by both faith and the miraculous. He has seen food multiplied, storms move out of the way, the supply of Heaven released through supernatural finances, and countless people healed and transformed. His passion is to see people fully alive and walking out their Kingdom purposes, loved by and in love with the King. A Pastor in Colorado for 20 years, Chuck is now the Associate Director of Bethel Healing Rooms, and author of the book Free-Falling: True Stories of One Man's Leap Into the Miraculous. He now lives in Redding with his wife Linda, one of their daughters, and four grandchildren.
Darlene Edskerud is Global Legacy's Director of Programs. Besides being a programs guru, Darlene infuses heavenly insight into her teaching sessions and is an empowering prophetic voice within Global Legacy's online community. She has been with Global Legacy since January 2017 and continues to fine tune and upgrade GL's Online Learning program.
